RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing our product! Below we would like to inform you about our return conditions.

Please note that your intention to return must be notified to info@tuliera.com within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of used or opened (transparent box) products.

Returns are only possible if the product is returned in its original condition , with its packaging and the gift inside, intact and unused.

If it meets the return conditions, we will refund it within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

All of our unique products are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns of unique products.
